Trail and Tarmac Running

Trail RunningThere is a choice of running on the boardwalk that follows the seafront or heading out to the park trails near the hotel and the BEST swimming center - Or why not combine both!
There is always a short off-bike run, typically 3 - 5km, included in the training schedule.
This is the perfect way to end a full day's worth of training before dinner!
