Training setup

The 6 or 10 day Mallorca Multisport Training Camp is ideally suited for triathletes/multiport athletes at all levels. The format of the camp will be as follows (preliminary):
1st training block
 - Three days of swim-ride-run (starting 23th of April)
Recovery day  - Easy swim, rest & recovery - take the chance to do some sightseeing!
2nd block - Two days of swim-bike-run. Longer rides, also climbs (starts 27th of April)
Recovery day  - Easy swim, rest & recovery (Departure day for 6 day camp, 29th of April)
3rd block - Three days where you will be pushed outside your comfort zone!


  • The 6 days camp includes 7 nights stay with half board. Arrival 22nd of April - Check-out 29th of April.
  • The 10 days camp includes 11 nights stay with half board. Arrival 22nd of April- Check-out 3rd of May.

Swim – Bike – Run


Running training will typically be towards the end of the day. There are several routes to choose between with varying distance.


The first couple of rides will be on shorter distance routes, where we go as one group. Cycling will later be divided into two or more groups, depending on the level of the participants.


Training programs will be provided for the pool workouts, with possibility for individual coaching and personal advice on improved swimming technique.
